Services · CRM integration
NativeCode provides CRM integration services that connect your website forms, ecommerce store and ad platforms to HubSpot or Salesforce. We route and deduplicate leads, pass UTMs and click IDs for attribution, and send offline conversions back to Google Ads and Meta, as an Atlanta-based team serving companies nationwide.

What’s included
CRM integration services connect every source of leads and customers to one CRM record, with the source data intact. We start from how your sales team works, then build the connections, rules and reports around it.
01
Website forms on Webflow, WordPress or custom builds connected to HubSpot or Salesforce, with hidden fields for source data.
02
Rules that assign leads by territory, product or company size, and merge duplicates by email or domain before sales sees them.
03
UTM parameters, GCLID, FBCLID and landing page saved on each contact, so every deal traces back to its campaign.
04
Qualified leads and closed deals sent back to Google Ads and Meta, so bidding optimizes toward pipeline, not form fills.
05
Customers, orders and products synced from Shopify, with lifecycle stages updated as buyers move from first order to repeat.
06
Property cleanup, required fields and naming rules, plus dashboards that tie marketing sources to pipeline and revenue.
How we run it
A CRM integration project works in four steps: audit, plan, build and verify. We agree on lifecycle stages and required fields first, so every connection writes clean data.
CRM integration works alongside GA4 and analytics, server-side tracking, LinkedIn advertising and email marketing, with custom web development when a connection needs code. For an example of a Shopify store connected to outside systems, read the Spooky Costumes case study.
01
Review the CRM, forms, integrations and reports, and find where leads lose their source or get duplicated.
02
Define lifecycle stages, required fields, routing rules and the attribution data each record should carry.
03
Connect forms, Shopify and ad platforms, set up routing and deduplication, and schedule offline conversion imports.
04
Test each path end to end, compare CRM counts with source systems, and check data quality every month.

Questions
We work mainly with HubSpot and Salesforce, and with other CRMs that have a documented API. We connect them to website forms, Shopify and other ecommerce platforms, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and email platforms such as Klaviyo. Native integrations come first, with middleware or custom code only where they fall short.
We capture UTM parameters, click IDs such as GCLID and FBCLID, the landing page and the referrer when a visitor arrives, store them in first-party cookies and write them into hidden form fields. When the form is submitted, the CRM saves them on the contact and the deal. Reports can then show which campaign produced each lead, opportunity and closed deal.
Offline conversion imports send results that happen after the form fill, such as a qualified lead or a closed deal, back to the ad platforms. Google Ads matches them by click ID or enhanced conversions data, and Meta receives them through the Conversions API. Bidding can then optimize toward leads that turn into revenue instead of every form submission.
Yes. We sync Shopify customers, orders and products to HubSpot with its Shopify integration or to Salesforce with a connector or middleware, then map fields and lifecycle stages. Sales and service teams see order history on each record, and marketing can segment by purchase behavior. We test duplicates and edge cases such as guest checkouts before switching it on.
We keep CRM data clean with rules at the point of entry and regular checks. That means required fields, standard values for sources and stages, deduplication by email and company domain, and naming rules for properties. We also audit the CRM every month for duplicates, empty fields and broken integrations, and fix issues before they reach reports.
