Searching on Long Island
Long Island customers search by town, village and hamlet, such as Garden City, Massapequa, Huntington or Patchogue. Nassau and Suffolk counties are separate markets with different drive times.
01
Long Island has many hamlets and villages, and people search with those names. Pages for the places you really serve help you show up when people search by hamlet.
02
The Hauppauge Industrial Park and the Route 110 corridor in Melville hold many manufacturers and offices. B2B firms there need pages for each service they offer.
03
The Hamptons and the North Fork wineries get busy in summer. Restaurants, rentals and home services there should update hours and photos before the season.

FAQ
Yes. NativeCode is an Atlanta-based agency that works remotely with Long Island businesses. We meet over video in the same time zone, work directly in your Google Business Profile and site, and use your own photos and job details so your listings show real Long Island work. We do not have an office there.
Both. Many people search with a town or hamlet name, while others search for Long Island in general. Use your real address on your profile, build pages for the towns you really serve and use a Long Island page as a hub that links to them.
In organic results, yes, with useful pages for the Suffolk towns you serve. Google Maps favors nearby businesses, so a Nassau address has limited reach farther east. If you have a staffed Suffolk location, give it its own profile and page.
Update your Google Business Profile hours, photos and services before Memorial Day, and keep booking links current. Post about seasonal hours and events. Visitors and summer residents search on their phones and rely on Maps and AI answers to choose.
