About the role
You go deep on crawlability, indexation, and technical integrity — making sure the systems NativeCode designs actually perform at scale. You live in log files, crawl data, and rendering reports, and you turn findings into fixes that ship. Remote and async-friendly.
What you'll do
- Run technical audits across crawl efficiency, indexation health, rendering, and site speed.
- Diagnose crawl traps, duplicate-content patterns, and URL governance failures — then fix them.
- Validate structured data and entity markup across large page sets.
- Monitor how AI crawlers and answer engines access and interpret client sites.
- Build repeatable QA systems so technical debt never silently compounds.
What we look for
- Hands-on experience with crawlers, log analysis, and Search Console at scale.
- Comfort reading rendered DOM vs source, and debugging JS-rendering issues.
- Precision: you verify claims with data before shipping conclusions.
- Scripting ability (Python or similar) for audit automation is a strong plus.
